Supports Academic Performance Solutions (APS) platform including faculty line request process and annual academic department reviews.

Responsibilities: Provides assistance to the Vice Provost for Academic Administration and Resources in all budget related functions and activities. Verification of education credentials for SACSCOC for adjuncts teaching each semester, maintenance of adjunct faculty files, and verification of pay instruments. Maintains online SACSCOC faculty roster, creates departmental staffing assessments, and monitors position budgets.

Responsibilities: Administer faculty workflow through the MTSU online employment system to include electronic and paper workflow for all levels of faculty searches, including recruitment plans, advertisements, candidate rating instruments, salary recommendations, verification of credentials for accreditation body requirements, and preparation of employment contract.

Responsibilities: Manages the operational oversight of the information systems and business processes for the Office of the University Provost. Provides data and analytical support for a variety of functions within Academic Affairs, manages data reporting, and oversees critical data entry and maintenance within Banner for faculty. Serves as the technical advisor for Faculty Success and other software as needed. Develops user training for Academic Affairs technology systems and serves as the liaison between IT technical staff and Academic Affairs.
